SUMMARY

It's not about the money or ego. It's all about the music!!! That's what makes this 3 piece trio so much fun! Live sets, no computers, no gimmicks...real instruments, real players, real music, real singing with great vocals and strong 3 part harmonies!

'We are all about great vocals and singing"! Say's Rob McLeod, lead vocalist and guitar player for the band...We play great American classic rock, blues and country. America, Eagles, Neil Young, The Beatles, Elvis, CCR, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, ZZ Top, even Johnny Cash, Eddie Rabbitt, and Jimmy Buffett just to name a few! We are professional, easy going, hard workers, who have been known to play 3 and 4 hours non stop, just because we love to play so much!

Rob wasn't kidding when he said "The Working Poets" loved to play so much! The band formed in March of 2007 and in the last five years has played over 500 shows. The Working Poets will definitely add to that number this year with close to 150 shows in the planning stages for 2012 alone!

The Working Poets also have a live CD out  and in released their second live CD in January 2011. The Band is also working in the studio on a new original studio CD due hopefully later this year.

We are excited that we have made tons of new fans and that our friends have embraced our music so much, says Michael Cappetta and Kevin O'Neal. Both who have a ton of experience and road miles under there belts from playing with bands both locally and nationally in the past. It's great to see all the people dancing and singing along with us. It never gets old to see that and we wouldn't have it any other way!
